Kay Fuhlman is a dedicated defender of workers’ rights. Kay recognizes that there are inherent inequities in the workplace and believes employees need fierce advocates to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. Kay strives to empower her clients and work with them as they pursue justice.
Kay received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Washington. While attending law school, Kay focused on advancing workers’ rights. During that time, Kay advised workers as part of the Ronald A. Peterson Workers’ Rights Clinic. She gained experience in plaintiff side employment law as a Law Clerk for the Barton Law Firm and worked as a Rule 9 Law Clerk for the Labor and Industries Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. During the height of the COVID pandemic, Kay represented workers who were denied unemployment benefits and helped them receive the benefits they deserved.
When she is not working, Kay enjoys spending time with her partner and hosting game nights with family and friends.
