Since joining the firm as an associate attorney, Mike Mohan has served as a dedicated advocate for employees’ rights. He is passionate about standing up against workplace discrimination and retaliation and seeks to help individuals enduring this misconduct regain their voices and sense of security. Mike’s devotion to honest and steadfast advocacy ensures his clients get the justice they deserve.
Mike has worked in civil litigation for five years in Seattle. His main practice area was insurance defense, and he is skilled at handling litigated matters starting at inception and through trial. He has appeared for over 350 depositions and 100 arbitrations, as well as numerous motion hearings and mediations. He also has first-chair trial experience.
He received his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2018, where he was the President of the Students for Labor and Employment Justice. Throughout law school, he worked at the Unemployment Project and the National Labor Relations Board.
Before attending law school, Mike graduated from Kansas State University in 2015, receiving a B.S. in Biochemistry and Philosophy.
