Erica graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Law, Societies, and Justice. She earned her Advanced Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College. Erica has previously worked as a teaching assistant at a private school and as a paralegal at a law firm. As a paralegal, she has worked in the areas of Personal Injury and other general Civil Litigation. In her free time, Erica enjoys watching movies, camping, hiking, and traveling.
Greg is a seasoned paralegal and investigator. Greg received his bachelor’s degree and a fifth year teaching certification at Arizona State University. He taught high school and college Spanish in California, Arizona, and Washington. Greg was also an Artillery Surveyor in the Army National Guard. In the Puget Sound area, he earned post-grad certificates in English at Seattle University and the Paralegal-plus program at ABA-approved Highline Community College. Before joining The Blankenship Law Firm, Greg worked at a personal injury firm in Kent, WA. He is fluent in Spanish, and he enjoys scuba diving, sailing, mountaineering, and tennis.
Janet graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, and went on to earn a Paralegal Certificate from Capital University Law School. Prior to joining the Blankenship Law Firm team, she worked as a paralegal for a family law and civil litigation law firm in Breckenridge, Colorado. When she is not at work, Janet enjoys cooking, playing with her dogs, hiking, snowboarding, and exploring the city.
Nathan graduated from Kenyon College in Ohio with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Gender Studies. Before joining The Blankenship Law Firm, Nathan interned as an organizer for the Ohio Democratic Party and NARAL Pro-Choice Ohio, managed an LGBT support center, and completed a research fellowship in which he studied the legal history of marriage, integration, and civil rights. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Nathan enjoys cooking, learning about history, and spending time outdoors.
Executive Legal Assistant
Conner graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations, along with a minor in economics and a focus area in Leadership Studies. Conner was elected President of the Gonzaga University Student Body Association, and served in that position during his senior year. He then went on to Clerk for the Washington State Senate Ways and Means Committee before joining the Blankenship Law Team. Aside from working in and exploring Seattle, Conner enjoys spending time with friends and family, backpacking, golfing, traveling and rooting on the Seahawks, Zags and Mariners.
MARTHA REDMON, J.D.
Martha graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and earned her law degree from Tulane University in 1991. Prior to joining The Blankenship Law Firm to assist primarily in administration, Martha was a licensed and practicing attorney in Louisiana who, among other things, successfully argued appeals before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Martha joined The Blankenship Law Firm after she and her son relocated to Seattle following Hurricane Katrina. When she is not working, Martha enjoys raising her son and watching him play sports.
Chief Financial Officer
For over 20 years, Juli has served The Blankenship Law Firm in multi-faceted roles, first as the managing paralegal, and now as an administrative and financial executive. Editing legal briefs, directing marketing efforts and human resources, designing and overseeing the build-out and move to a new office space in 2013, and managing the firm’s financial office are among her many contributions to helping the firm run smoothly. She earned her B.A. degree at the University of Washington, majoring in Art History, and enjoys art, gardening, traveling, independent films, and playing tennis.
Diane comes to us with twenty-seven years of managerial experience, including seventeen as a human resources professional. Prior to human resources, she was Assistant Dean of the Graduate Business Programs, University of Miami (FL) and Associate Director of the Graduate Business Programs, University of Missouri-St Louis. She graduated from the University of Missouri-St Louis with both a BA in Psychology and an MBA. During her free time, she enjoys reading, knitting, and long walks.
