Rick Goldsworthy

Rick focuses his practice on complex litigation, including employment law and personal injury claims.  He is committed to protecting the rights of individuals and promoting justice by vigorously advocating on behalf of his clients. 

Rick earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law graduating magna cum laude.  During law school Rick worked as a teaching assistant and served as a judicial extern at the Washington State Supreme Court.  He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Washington earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies.  

Following law school Rick served two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Tom Chambers of the Washington State Supreme Court.  During his clerkship Rick worked on a wide range of complex cases and legal issues, making recommendations to the court and helping draft high-quality judicial opinions. 

Rick is admitted to practice in Washington and the Western District of Washington. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King County Bar Association and the Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
